How to balance life as a mom?

Hello, my darlings, today’s post is going to be about mom life and how to find a balance between work and family life.

From the moment we find out that we are having a baby, we all have an idea in our head how our life is going to be. We imagine ourselves as a successful businesswoman and amazing mother, and everything sounds so easy, but it is not. And it can be if you learn how to organize your tasks.

As a full-time mom, makeup artist, and now blogger, I can tell how I balance work and family life. These few simple rules will help you feel less overwhelmed, and it will help you get more things done during the day.

Get your partner involved.

You are not a super mom, and it’s ok to say that you can’t do everything, so don’t even try. Raising kids without support it’s not easy, and it can physically and mentally drain you. So try to get your partner more involved in everyday jobs around the house and the kids.

Give your 100 % at work and 100% at home

Here is a thing about the work, it needs to be done, so when you are working, your focus needs to be 100% on work. That way, you will get more things done. Once you finished your work, and the family gets together, you will be able to give them your undivided attention.

Use efficient time hack.

-Do a simple cleaning every day, instead of waiting for chores to pile up.

-Plan your day a night ahead.

-Do a meal prep.

-Prioritize your tasks, and do the ones you don’t like first.

-If your kids go to school, prepare their lunches a night before.

Get your kids involved.

No matter how old your kids are, there is always something they can do to help you, it will make your daily chores more manageable, and you can make a competition out of it.

And finally, the most important thing is that you don’t have to do everything.

It’s not always a great idea to cram so many things in one day, take it easy. Some jobs can wait, and you can use that time to bond with your kids.

I hope you find this helpful, and if you have any tips on how you balance your work life and your family life, please leave it in the comments below.

Until next time, my darlings, love you, stay safe, and I will talk to you soon.
