5 Things to leave behind in 2019.

Hello, my darlings, New Year has begun, and it is about time to get a fresh start, and that means cleaning out your home and your life and get a fresh start, you own to your self to leave all the things that bother and make your life difficult behind you in 2019.

Here is a list of things you should leave behind you for you tho have a successful year.

1.Toxic relationships.

Cutting people out of our life isn’t easy, but sometimes you have to think about your mental health. You should pick and choose who you let in your inner circule, and think about how those people are making you feel. It doesn’t matter if it is a family member, friend, cousin, coworker if they are making you feel like you are less then, or they are not supportive and all-around draining you emotionally, you need to start avoiding them. You own this to yourself, and you deserve to surround yourself with people that lift your spirit and make you feel good.

2.Saying yes too often.

I know that you want to prove to everyone that you are an amazing and supportive human being, but sometimes it’s ok to say no. You can’t afford to waste your energy, because at the end of the day you will be completely drained and you will only have your self to blame. I am not saying that you shouldn’t help anyone, but pick and choose who are you helping, be a little selfish with your time and energy.

3.Lack of discipline/procrastination .

Having goals is extremely important, but you have to work on those goals for you to achieve them, you can’t procrastinate and leave everything for tomorrow, it doesn’t work like that boo. If you want it, you have to work for it. So start working now, not in 10 minutes, not after another season of your favorite show, or tomorrow, start working now.

4.Comparing yourself to everyone

Comparing yourself with someone is never a good idea. I know that it seems that grass is always greener on the other side. I don’t blame you, social media makes everyone’s lives look more glamorous and exciting than yours, and it’s easy to get a little jealous. I am telling you now to stop it because by comparing yourself, you will stop appreciating things that you already have in your life. You will be amazed at how the attitude of gratitude and a heart of thankfulness can lead to many open doors and an amazing 2020.

5.Putting everyone else needs before yours.

I need you to remember that you are not a robot, you need to take care of yourself first, or you will end up feeling drained, tired
, and miserable.
