Now that my country lifted the state of emergency, and we don’t have to be in isolation, we finally escaped the city and spent a day in beautiful Vinci, near the Danube. It was a short field trip, but it was just what we needed to recharge our batteries and get some much-needed nature therapy and fresh ear. We spent a whole day walking in the woods, collecting pinecones, walking by the river, and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Kids enjoyed nature so much, and they needed to connect to nature after two months of isolation. I think we all needed that trip, and now I feel like we are in a better headspace. Who says that nature is not the best medicine for everything, it certainly helped us.
